Poboya Gold and Silver Project

POBOYA gold mine proceeded with the construction of a 4000tpd CIL circuit. The project included the supply of one (1) off, six (6) tonne Carbon Batch Zadra Desorption and Recovery (DR) Plant to recover gold from the CIL Leach solution.

ERGO Pilot Plant Project

ERGO retreat a number of old tailings storage facilities for extra gold recovery. The patented AZ CRP process was tested at lab scale at ERGO during 2020, which lead to the design and supply of an AZ CRP Pilot Plant. The AZ CRP Pilot Plant is sized to treat 1 tonne of CIL tails per hour continuously.

Far West Gold Recoveries Cu Elution Project

FWGR retreat a number of old tailings storage facilities for extra gold recovery. FWGR experience high copper loading on loaded carbon harvested from its CIL circuit. Excess copper contaminate the final gold bullion. The Cu Elution circuit is sized to elute 4 off, 4.5 tonne loaded carbon batches per day.

Tongon Crushing, Fabrication

Randgold Resources completed the Quaternary Crushing Project. The project included a fourth stage crushing system to reduce the mill feed size to improve plant throughput when mining harder sulphide ores.

AZ-UFR Test Work

The AZ-UFR Test Work refers to the experimental evaluations conducted by AZMET, for and on behalf of AZTEC Mining, to assess and optimize the recovery of additional gold. This is always conducted on the clients operating mine on the final tails stream.

DFS Refractory Gold Project in Mozambique

The Refractory Gold Project process flow consisted of two stage crushing and ball milling followed by an ultra-fine grind and afloatation circuit for concentration of the gold.

Cu & Co Tailings Retreatment

This study was conducted to develop an understanding of the metallurgical and infrastructure requirements for the retreatment of flotation tailings dams in Zambia.
