AZ-CRP Pilot Plant Design & Supply, Springs

ERGO retreat a number of old tailings storage facilities for extra gold recovery. The patented AZ CRP process was tested at lab scale at ERGO during 2020, which lead to the design and supply of an AZ CRP Pilot Plant. The AZ CRP Pilot Plant is sized to treat 1 tonne of CIL tails per hour continuously. ERGO ran pilot plant trials over a 6-month period with young post graduate metallurgists. The pilot plant trials resulted in similar gold recovery and cyanide reduction values as compared to the lab scale tests.
